Following my program is going really well so far. I thought I would be hungry all the time, but I'm not. I'm making better food choices, I'm staying within my calorie limit and haven't had an excess of calories on any day. I'm also enjoying my workouts. The best part is really how much better I feel. I have so much more energy, I'm happier, I sleep better, and I my thoughts are more clear. I actually lost two inches in my hips, exactly where I needed it the most to start out. I haven't lost anywhere else yet, but more to come later. I weighed myself today and I reached my first short term goal, but I've decided only to record a weigh in once per week. My motivation is staying strong. One day at a time. :) I have one month until I go away for a week, which should be enough time hopefully to get near 180. I'll just keep doing what I'm doing and hopefully I will reach that goal.
