Here I start my journey again. One dag I'm going to look back and think to myself that every time I started another diet/ lifestyle it was an attempt to reach success and stop hating myself for my failures. I've got a diet coach now and I have my first session with her tomorrow. I'm nervous. Because there's a big chance that I might fail and make bad vibes with her, due to my inability to practice discipline and consistency. It's a massive fear.
