The diet schedule I MUST stick to to lose weight, according to the UAB Weight Clinic: 6 am - shake, 9 am - shake, 12 n - Michelina's and salad, 3 pm - fruit, 6 pm - 3 oz protein, 1 c raw/fresh veg or 1 c veg exchange, 1 starch.
I am having 1/2 shake at 6 am in order to add in my bullet coffee everyday. I think the healthy fat in this is making a difference in the way I feel. It also give me an energy boost, which I desperately need at this point.
