Well, went to the weight clinic Tuesday. Seems the reason I am not losing weight the way I want to is that my metabolic rate is very low. They have now placed me on a 930 calorie a day diet. Add to that my low Vitamin D, Low white count, low platelet count, and heart murmur, and exercise can only be my recumbent bike again. Oh, well, nothing ventured and all that.
