Brother's birthday cake last night - had 3 sticks of butter in just the icing alone! Caramel pound cake with caramel icing. Icing was just amazing. It was a small piece. Snacked a little with family -- had intentions of eating salad when I got home -- however, wasn't really hungry, so did yoga (20min i pad app) and had a Popsicle. Slept hard...until 2:30am when Papa Bear was sawing logs....moved to sofa (shortly followed by dog).

Today, back to my routine. Will get to enjoy the salad I made yesterday before the birthday party. Opting back to hot tea (16 fl oz) with honey stick vs coffee with cream and sugar (12 fl oz).
