I was so proud of myself up until last night. I stayed on track ALL DAY and stuck to my portions. I increased my originally planned walk time by 20 minutes. It was great! I decided to relax and have a few beers and basically everything went to shit after that. I binged on snacks that I found in the pantry. Although they were remotely healthy choices, I blew that out of the water by the quantity of what I had. I went over my target calories and feel awful about it. With that being said, today is a new day. I feel good. I made sure to eat breakfast and packed a healthy lunch. I used the upstair office space to do a new 7 min workout app on my phone. I'm really pumped that I did this today! I have applesauce and mandarin oranges in the fridge if I feel like I need something this afternoon but I am not planning on having any at this time. I've pre-planned dinner so that I know what my focus is when I get home from work. I also have plans to do another round of the 7 min workout app and walk for 1 hour. Hopefully I can get to bed early enough tonight that I can avoid the late night snack cravings. Those are my biggest obstacle right now!
