Considering the chaos and many tears involved in my life right now, I am still losing at a good pace. It seems like so many things in my life are out of my control. However I do still have control of my sobriety and my food intake. I am trying to stay focused on the positive and the future. I want only good things in my life from now on. I deserve to treat myself well in every aspect of my life. I'm starting with my health and learning to treat my body as the temple for my soul.

2 lbs. in 2 days. Amazing. I like your statement... your body is the temple of your soul. So true. These bodies are rentals. Nothing more and we need to learn to respect and take care of them.
