ok. went to lunch today at a great Thai place. thankfully the menu was online so i picked out what i was going to eat before i went. i have to say i did ok and stayed in a reasonable calorie range for eating out. i am full as anything though since i'm no longer used to eating alot at lunch. which is a good thing. going to spin class tonight to burn some of today's lunch off. the bad thing that happend today my boss brought in cheese...the good stuff. i had a bit, 1oz of three different types. the cals really add up for cheese but i couldnt' resist. i'm feeling tired from working out but trying to stay motivated. i know the feeling will pass and today is just one of those days. looking forward to tomorrow where i am back on track and not eating out.
