Mixed feelings about weighing in today. i did not gain, but i did not lose. so the goal for this week is to stay on track and stop being lazy and cook food and not eat out. i realized i ate out more than i should have and even though i made healthier choices it still took a toll, probably because i don't know how the food was cooked. so i am immediately am reverting back to my focus two weeks ago when i started fat secret and will cook healthy dinners like i did the first week. staying positive though because not gaining is certainly better than putting on weight. soooo here we go again! on the road to weight loss and going make sure i stay on track. maybe i needed this to keep myself in check.
