What's sad when you look at my weight history is that if I stuck to the program, I would most likely be in the 120's either at my goal or real close to it. My goal was to get there by May so hopefully I still have time.

"That's the important part, cheat and then eat good again" Haha. I love that. Its nice to know Im not the only one who feels that way. I think its the only realistic way to lose all this weight. If we dont give ourselves a LITTLE please here and there, even if we lose ALL the weight we want, by the time we get there we will have so many cravings built up its easy to just go crazy and binge. Id rather do it little by little, if thats what gets me by. And YUM ice cream sounds GREAT! I am doing a modified version too, ive actually just moved on to Phase 2 completely. Its working pretty well for me so far. =0) Keep on going !!!!
