Hump day! Wooo! I had chocolate last night, but I ate it in front of my husband and didn't sneak eating it. I checked my calorie intake first and felt I could afford to eat it. I slowed down and savored the taste. Usually, I can wolf down 1-3 candy bars, regular size, in seconds. I don't even taste them because I eat so quickly.

Good job! I often eat a square of dark Lindt chocolate in the evening. I can make that little square last longer than you'd think. LOL It is just a nice little rich treat that I don't have to feel guilty about. Tasting your food lets you enjoy it a lot more.

Happy Hump Day :) I had chocolate yesterday (3 peanut M&Ms) - I traded a fullsize Hershey's with almonds (my favorite) for just a few treats. Sometimes its nice having a small treat.

Well Done! I am in a Weight Challenge group and our little slice of heaven is, if you're the biggest loser for the week, the prize is a Herbalife chocolate protein bar...HEAVEN to the winner!

Yes, good for you! I too have issues eating sweets/treats in front of others & am working hard to feel more comfortable when I do. Plus, you ate it slowly & mindfully! Great job! xoxox
