Went to Chinese food last night. Felt good about my choices. Had soup and chinese bbq pork for starters. Had a couple of bites of rice, Mongolian beef, one piece of sweet and sour pork. I just had a little bit of my husbands entree...didn't get anything myself. I even went to the gym afterward.

My pie chart is showing no protein but I have over 100 grams. Not sure what that is about. Back up to 138 but considering the amount of sodium I ate yesterday I am not surprised. My body likes 138 pounds. Oh well.

Chinese food always makes me retain water big time! Even when I avoid sugary sauces and starchy noodles or rice. I think it is the sodium.

Same here Kathy. We have a great Chinese Buffet near us and they have lots of good choices for me, including a fresh salad bar. I fixed a nice salad with a sprinkle of cheese and chopped egg, some boiled shrimp, a small slice of roast beef, and some crab legs. Next day I was up over 2 pounds!! It had to be the salt or the msg. I'll avoid that place again. If the family wants to go I'll stay home.
