I tend to partake in emotional eating, particularly when depressed. I recently went over my daily points by 20+ and was ready to give up on WW, life and everything else, until I read one of my Buddies journals. Her words reminded me that having faith and placing life's burdens on God will carry me through any and everything. I CAN DO THIS! Thanks everyone.
