So it is true...you do find it
easier
to maintain self control the longer you stick to it!!! I had to set up food for a management meeting (pastries, HUGE cookies, chips, sandwiches, etc.). None of it was even remotely tempting. Went back to my desk and had my typical snack of yogurt, celery and water (mmmm, mmmm good...really).
