Today I didn't do any exercise. I woke up feeling rather peckish. Wanting to cheat, but not knowing what I wanted. Obviously, my mind is looking for a dopamine high. And I need to find other ways to getting it. Fortunately I cheated with protein... and my calorie count is still under 1200 calories. I've been getting raging head aches as well, every day in the afternoon. It's very frustrating and I don't know how to stop it. I finish a box of Adcodols (40) each month. My fiancé has given me magnesium, as it prevents migraines & headaches. But it's not helping. I'm getting my period this week, so I'm not bothered by what the scale says. I'll care about it next week. This week, I'm drinking my water, keeping calories low, gyming 4 times a week + 1 day of walking. Then I will weigh next week and decide to dial up the speed or not. I've bought a nutrition plan from Jenna Carmen, hoping to get some guidance as to what I can eat to maximize my weightloss. I should receive it tomorrow and can then start my 4 week journey with her!
