Today was terrible... I didnt log my food, but this is what I had: Breakfast - 2 slices pizza. 2nd Breakfast - 1 whole rounder of Laughing Cow Cheese Triangles, 3 slices bread, 1 avo, an entire tub of Medium fat cream cheese, a box of Krits biscuits, small box of juice. Snack: 1 slice of bread, butter, marmite Snack: Sterri-Stumpie Milkshake Dinner: Macaroni & cheese (3 blocks) Snack: Whiskers balls.
I feel so sick. My stomach feels like it wants to explode. I obviously had one huge humongous massive binge today. I don't ever want to feel like this again. I'm struggling to breath. My body feels like it's hanging. I pray to my Lord to give me strength when it comes to food.
