Ugh...Feeling rather shite. Period is dragging its cape - and it's 2 weeks late! I can't weigh myself now - I'll weigh 3kg more and completely end up depro! Just want to eat eat eat. Blood sugar levels aren't as balanced as I want them to be. Sigh...Why must it be that hard losing weight. Just fall off of me!
