Yay! Haven't been able to log my food for two days....but strayed only once (had two pieces of pizza at the fall fest last night) Glad to see weight comin off! Dr will be happy when I see him on the 31.
244.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 79.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
