I am a stay at home mom to a five year old and a busy toddler 18 months. I also have decided to start my own cake business. I am hypothyroid and diabetic. I am not on any diabetes medicines controlling it through diet/ exercise. I find doing atkins naturally controls my blood sugar. I want to lose 90 to 100 pounds before my 10 year anniversary next year October 2 2014.

Share your tips for getting the water in!
I would definately recommend getting a water filter (pitcher type) to keep in the fridge. Without it I wouldn't drink water at all. (I do not like tap water and bottled is too expensive)

Food diaries
Well thats good that you drink so much..then I say don't worry your doing it "right" (You can always go to atkins.com and ready the nutritionist info if you are perplexed)(It's free)

Food diaries
Your diaries look okay to me..I would suggest making sure you are drinking enough water and maybe getting more calories in some days are a little low. I say if you are losing and feeling great than you are in ketosis. (If you want reassurance you can use ketosticks but they don't always register if you are producing ketones)
