Gosh everyone is talking about Christmas. I have a plan this year. I'm makeing baskets for each family memeber, and I know what i'm putting in them. GO ME.lol. I'm going to make about 10 baskets. But I started makeing things 2 months ago.

Here is whats going in:

apricot jam, blackberry jam, plum jam, strawberry jam, mini sourdough bread, zuccini bread mini, backberry cordial and pomigrante cordial, soup in a jar, and cookbooks that my 4 year old preschool makes every other year.

Hope thats enough. jams are all done blackberry cordial is done and in jars, pomigrante cordial still has one month to still, then jared. and cookbooks are in the making. So just have to make the breads.

Working on a list for the kids from santa. Not going to be the high cost stuff this year but they will be happy all the same.

Get to go to Reno with my brother and some friends the weekend before thanksgiving. Going to be a fun, not to expensive trip. Not takeing alot of money but you don't need alot to sit and have a couuple drinks with friends and family there.

Besides that not much is happening. Just saying hi.

The baskets sound fabulous-what lucky recipients! I am still struggling with what to give as gifts this year. I usually do cookies. Trying to avoid as I inevitably end of sampling (for quality control purposes, off course) every batch.

Your baskets sound great! I love stuff like that. I am thinking of doing the same sort of thing for some of the families on our list this year. My daughter's GS troop is going to sell the cutest bags of pasta that are shaped as different things... hearts, shamrocks, sports, etc. Thought those would be cute in a basket. Have fun in Reno!!
