I have to purchase a new scale! My husband says when he was weighed on the base this past weekend, he was actually 4 lbs lighter. Whoa!! So, you know what this means folks??? I may weigh less than the 146 lbs I currently think I weigh as of today. The only way to know for sure is to the hit the fitness center tomorrow and step on theirs. Wish me luck!!

Scales are all calibrated differently, so you can weigh something different on each scale. So the best thing to gauge your weight loss is to stick to the one scale you use regularly and wear same clothes, same scale, same time of day (morning is good before eating and after going to the bathroom).

Yes, T, I agree with Suzi each scale is different. I use my own scale and weigh first thing in the morning in my birthday suit :-) and at my weight challenge I have at my gym when I weigh there it is always a few lbs more, even when I try to wear the most minimal clothing. :-)

Good luck :) I love to try out different scales - of course, it always helps if I "lose" weight instead of "gaining" LOL
