WHY do the weekends always kill me? Seriously, I'm up in pounds (although I don't want to log it, because 2 days of some bad carb eating totally ruined my hard work..) and I'm zapped for energy. I think that's what happens when I don't exercise and it makes me even more lazy.
I've had my eyes dilated this morning, thanks to my eye appointment, so, when those get better, and I can put my NEW contacts in (and of course, wait until my goober of a son is awake), I'm going to go on a walk. A nice long sweaty walk.
I just hate sweating.. It makes me feel like my shower this morning was in vain.. lol.
Pray that I do get this walk in. Maybe it'll jumpstart my booty to do better this week and GET BACK DOWN in pounds!
