Day 7 of diet. I've been eating healthier, exercising 1 hour a day, 4 times a week. I've also been using Rasberry Ketones supplement. Been struggling with my sugar levels and have not dropped a gram of fat! So frustrating. Suppose these things take time and even longer if you're a Diabetic Type 1.
