My word has this lockdown period been one for pigging out and indulging in all things processed, high fat and high calorie. Result: bloated, swollen face and body, nothing fits! Shocker. So on Tuesday I want to start losing some weight. My toolbox of techniques include: Intermittent fasting 16:8, 5km walk everyday, 3L water a day, no processed foods.
