It has been a good week so I guess in the morning I will see exactly how good. I have been exercising and eatting well. Got up each morning and worked out before work.
This morning I got up and worked out 90 minutes before breakfast. Hanna has been passing by so it has been a great day to stay in and get in a lot of exercise. So far 150 crunches, 30 minutes on the bike, 60 minutes on the elliptical machine and 45 minutes working out with the video! (Feels like the last workout before the weigh in:-)

It feels great to be full committed again to finishing this thing - I will be back at my high school weight by the end of the year!!!

Don't forget to stretch 15-20 minutes in to any cardio work. Great workout!
