Today I am in a complete funk. I had the intention of working out this morning, having a healthy breakfast and starting my day off right...yeah, I hit snooze a few hundred times instead. Probably too much info for some, but I googled "depression after period" and found that: 1 - there are others that suffer from this 2 - it is most likely hormones 3 - that I should talk to my doctor
Hopefully I will feel better soon and will try to start again with the exercise thing. I have GOT to find something that motivates me to do this.
