First monday of my "diet vacation"... i did eat some questionable things this weekend.. however... i notice that while given the freedom to eat more.. i still gravitate towards healthier foods. That gives me hope that once i come back i won't be battling as hard as i did in the beginning.

Still haven't TOTALLY decided how long i want to give myself. I'd like to allow my body to totally adjust. I am accepting the fact that i might put on a couple pounds again. But small price to pay to get to my ultimate goal and not lose my focus.

I did however, decide that once i come back, i'll do what i did the back in April. A detox of somesort. I followed a very particular diet that made easing into a lifestyle of better foods and smaller portions much easier. mainly b/c anything was better than that torture. The big difference is i have no intention of not exercising during this period.

I may take it easier than i was, b/c like i said i want to shock my body into figuring out what's going on, but i would hate to lose any of the definition i've started to attain. i was thinking keeping up with the 3 classes i've been taking at the gym.

we'll see.

enjoy your break. Like you said it might be a good idea to keep up with your exercise. It's healthy for you and you can choose to do it at home or the gym whenever you can fit it in. Either way, hope you have a nice break and return when your ready.

Thank ya ma'am, i enjoyed wearing my necklace! I would think it would be great and keep your heart healthy if you still went to your classes at the gym, enjoy them!
