Okay…sooo I never did weigh myself yesterday, or this morning…but….I am in a different frame of mind today. Last night I FINALLY tracked down a Wii Fit!!!! Wooo hoooo! I picked it up last night to surprise my hubby. We got home, hooked it right up, and did everything we had to do. It showed me in the 175's…but I'm still leery about weighing myself, because the Wii is not my regular scale =P The games were easy…but fun…and it got me moving. I was trying to figure out how it was going to make me sore because it was fun and easy…but I am a little sore this morning. I even woke up this morning to play more before work, so I could unlock some harder exercises. Hubby had the console faced backwards, so when we tried the ski or soccer head one….it was the opposite…but now we know what we did wrong =) hehehe The running one was actually fun (and I hate running). I like how you follow someone, and have to concentrate on not going to fast, and it did get my heart rate up. I also like the hula and dance one…which is why I think I'm feeling my hips a bit too! So far we are hooked…and will continue this…although a little sleepy this morning! I'll weigh myself tomorrow and record it….giving myself a few days to work off what I did over the weekend!

I will definitely keep the updates coming as we unlock new and harder games. =) Even the simple coordination games like the basic step one makes you realize how uncoordinated you can be! hahah my hubby was all over the place, and it took me a few tries to get it. I thought I had it pretty mastered last night...but then this morning I was behind in it again. fun...and I did actually break a sweat.

Oooo.... FUN! I so want to get that, too! I think a Wii for the FIT and the Rock band, is right up our alley! Too bad I spent all the money on the pool. lol Good for you!! I'm sure it'll make a big difference in getting some more "moving" in! Keep on kickin' it! (I didn't know it 'weighed' you!!) =O lol The thought of a video game weighing me... hmmm... lol

LOL Bully....yeah...not only does it weigh you...it makes your Wii Mii add your weight too! ugh! I was sooo stressed out on how heavy it was going to make my character look...but hubby and I just laughed it off...and it even shows you a weight loss grid like in here, with personal goals, BMI, etc. Its pretty cool so far. But my purple shirted little blondie Mii needs to slim her 5'6 figure down!!!

That's really cool! I didn't know much about the Wii Fit. I will have to do some research on that. We could use that around here.

My son and daughter in law had the Wii Fit and I tried it at their house. Lots of fun but man do I need work! My balance is horrible. My DIL found one for me in St. Louis so when she gets back later this week I will have to get busy!
I had to laugh at the way it makes your character look. My DIL told me if you use it enough it starts complimenting you. She said one day the daggone thing actually told her husband to compliment her on how her balance had improved. So it's like marriage counseling also!

LOL! Its true lgrant59! The Wii asked me what I thought of my hubby's Mii, and I said, I thought he had great posture....and it said, "you should tell him, its nice to hear positive comments". hahah Hubby and I were cracking up. But...I was up at the butt crack of dawn doing it again this morning! =)

That sounds like so much fun! I was going to get one this summer, but then we had to have the air conditioning totally replaced - ah, the joys of having a home. Will have to start saving again - this time for the Wii! Enjoy!!
