So, I like snacked alot today.. But on good stuff.. but still alot of snacking. I don't know what came over me. It's like all of a sudden I had strange urges to eat sweets.. I think what did it for me was the bite of NON-whole wheat bread.. and that just sent my body into sugar overdrive. The good thing is I only had 1 piece of dark chocolate, and half a south beach chocolate granola thingie.. but within like 2 hours of each other. I also had a bit of some nuts. I had NO idea cashews were so damn fatty! Seriously, I can't catch much of a break. What sucks is that I'm leaving for my friends' tomorrow, and I have to pack all these healthful things to eat, otherwise, I'll end up eating brownies again..lol. They're junk food junkies.
I'll keep plenty of bell pepper on hand, water, and pumpkin seeds on hand.. as well as 1 piece of extra dark chocolate per day that I'm gone. I'm so glad about the chocolate thing. Plus, it's good for my mind.
