I lost another pound. I am not sure why I am not losing weight like I want. I am not sure if this is normal. I was hoping to lose two pounds this week. I think I will start looking at my fat and bringing that down during the week. I need to make mini goals for myself. I am making meals off the website. I am not over eating. I am working on cutting out a late snack. Even when I do have a snack it low in calories.
I am having a good day still. I didn't get to walk, because it started to pour. If it weren't so hot I would of walked earlier. I will have to figure out what to do on days like this.
I will do my 25 crunches since I am in a new challenge. I am not sure where I will put this on the exercise entry, but I will figure out something.

it'll come in due time. Our bodies need time to process all the new things, but it will catch up. Patience is key. I say that, but I'm just as impatient with myself. And lots of my buddies would tell me the exact thing I'm telling you. Keep your head up:)

You might be not eating enough. I know it sounds crazy, but if you eat less than 1200 cals/day, your metabolism will slow down. The 1200 calories is a hard threshold. Nobody should eat less than 1200. If you do, your body thinks it's starving and slows down your metabolism to compensate.

I will definitely keep the 1200 calories in mind. I feel good through the day. However tomorrow will be back to work so I will have to see how my body and appetite adjusts.

You may want to consider reducing your carb intake and increasing your protein intake, especially at breakfast time. Also, pop a couple of pieces of rolled up turkey slices in for a snack or two throughout the day. You need both carbs and protein, so it is never a good plan to try to do without one of them, but dropping your carb intake (esp when it's coming from sugar) down to like 150 g might give you some more progress. Don't shy away from eating every 2 hours or so...if you don't let yourself get dehydrated or hungry you'll also make some good strides. You can do it!!!
