I have a website support group that some of my teacher friends have done on facebook. If you give me your name, I can add you. We support each other have documents on various things about weight loss, and recipes. Of course they are weight watchers, but you really don't have to be on ww. It is mostly to celebrate out losses and motivate when needed. Not everyone on the site is WW, so it doesn't matter.
It is a closed group, but if you want to add me as a FB friend, my name is Melinda McGuire Abel. Just let me know.

Helathy Shopping on a really tight budget.
I try to stay on a budget not as tight as yours. I have a little more leeway, but not a whole lot. I cook alot more than I have ever. I also make a lot of our snacks and sweet. I use coupons to help out. It sometimes requires me to shop at many different stores, but they are pretty much on my way home if I start at the farthest one which is not far from home.

Red Beans and Sausage, pancakes and sausage, chicken and rice. I buy a lot of turkey meat from Wally World which runs about 1.90 to 2.00 a pound. I make meatballs, meatloaf, hamburgers with it. I eat salads, tuna is cheap with egg noodles. I try to keeps the staples in the pantry and usually spices to rev up a meal. Sandra Lee has some money saving tips and can usually get the meals at a low price. You might want to check out the food network site to see what she has. Good luck.

Tea?
I will have to start drinking green tea more if it helps me curb my hunger. I seem more hungry lately, but it is also close to TOM.
