Up 2.2lbs this morning. Are you kidding me? It's not like I pigged out on pizza... Stupid sore muscles. This is stupid.
On the bright side, a delicious breakfast of old fashioned oats, with real brown sugar and real maple syrup with a sprinkle of almonds. So much better than the packaged instant stuff.

You are BEAUTIFUL!! Have you checked how much cals your are supposed to be at to be losing? I can email you what /0 once emailed me... you just might be slightly off on some numbers.... ???

you do eat very healthy.... just lower your carbs a bit and up your fiber (lowering carbs will lower your cals a bit and tada!) jk... i hope you figure it out :)

Thank you all. I use the diet calender here to gauge my deficits. It's possible it's inaccurate, I suppose. You can send me that email anyway if you wish, it may be useful. It's also possible I really am gaining muscle. Running is new to me and I feel muscles I've never used before being worked, so... Maybe. I dunno.
