Happy Friday! AND Happy Loooong Weekend! Its also suppose to be in the 70's in my neck of the woods! Wooo hoooo! =)

We are celebrating my sister-in-laws birthday tomorrow…and I'm in charge of putting it together, so I’m making it as healthy as possible! We are going to make Evelyn64's turkey burgers, with regular and low fat buns, my mom is making a mandarin orange salad. I bought shrimp and cocktail sauce, and these crackers called Ak'Mok (really good, and 2 points for 5 large crackers), Hummus, veggies. She wanted something with chocolate for her dessert…so I'm making brownies for whoever wants to eat them…but also picked up Strawberries/Raspberries and angel food cake…and for the non-dieters, they will have ice cream with theirs, and Brigham's chocolate sauce….and for my husband and I, we picked up vanilla WW yogurt..which is actually very tasty with the fruit mixed in, and have that over our angel food cake. (don’t knock it til you try it!). Sooo overall, we will have enough to choose from to keep on track…and hopefully we will! We will be babysitting and have a sleep over with my niece and nephew (2 & 4…and soooo cute!), so that should give us some extra points from running around after them!

Sunday we will drive home, and stop to go hiking, then off to a bar late afternoon to help a friend who has his own production company and needs help with having extras in the bar for shooting a music video for a band that’s in his upcoming movie. They apparently need people dressed up like Zombies. Hahaha, I told my hubby that I would do it :) why not, its all in fun, and they have makeup artists to do it up right=)

Monday we'll go bike riding, then up to my mother-in-laws for lunch…then hubby plays golf.

So a full weekend…we are uncertain if we will weigh ourselves on Monday morning as usual…or wait until Tuesday morning. I do know though, that I hope our weigh in is good, because we have certainly planned for a successful one!
