This morning I hit a milestone that I haven't seen in more than 10 years - 199. It actually brought tears to my eyes and I had to weigh twice to make sure I was seeing it correctly.
I have been in the 200ish point in the past 5 years but then started all the traveling and eatting out and gained back most of the weight.
I am feeling very confident this time. I lost 70 pounds 12 years ago and then gained back most of it. I lost 40 pounds or so 5 years ago and gained back half of it. This time I am going the distance and doing it the right way - as a life style change with health eatting and exercise.
I am almost half way and moving very steady -

EXCELLENT!!!! You have done fantastic and will inspire me to keep going. Today is not the greatest day. I am very tired and I missed exercise yesterday as I was so tired. My first goal is to get down to 210 which is where I was after losing 30 lbs last year. My next mini goal is 200 so hopefully I will be able to celebrate as you are. You ae doing it the right way with a lifestyle change as you cannot stick to a 'diet' forever. Again, congratulations

Steady is, apparantly, the way to go. I have been told that you must maintain a weight for a year in order not to gain it back. You are doing Great! If I make 150, I will cry. It was my pre-baby weight. Baby is turning 3 in July.
