My boys are back around my Christmas tree:), & the lingering/never-ending sadness over the tragedy in Newtown is sharing space with the overwhelming joy of all being home for the holidays! I hugged them each a little tighter when they came through the airport terminal, as I'm sure we all did with our loved ones over these last 2 days. And, while I still struggle with the whys/how could something so tragic happen to such little children & young families/how could someone do something so evil, I give thanks for each day, meal, moment, gift, decoration, ornament, card, & emotion that I am blessed to have the chance to pray, breathe, log, post & share with my family & friends over this holiday season. God bless us everyone!
