I hate to make excuses but I think I'm going to keep logging everything in for now but start over Sunday. Between the long hours at work, insomnia and traumatic news, I haven't been able to get up and work out or plan out healthy meals. I need to be at work at 6:30 tomorrow morning and will need my Saturday to sleep in. I can't wait for a new week and a new beginning though.
