Well today another day.. I think I did ok.. I didn't get all my calories nor my carbs in.. so hopefully my body won't stall on the fat burning.. Tomorrow will be the 2 week mark of induction and I will be getting on the scale.. Ohhh boy, hope it's good news.. I'm going to keep on keeping on.. :)
Oh yeah.. I can't forget, tomorrow I am going to begin using my recumbent bicycle.. so exercise here I come. I will have to take it slow due to my back issues.. but the thought of me getting on the bike is so EXCITING! :)
