Looks yum! If you like crispier bacon, I cook mine half way then make the egg cups. But that’s a personal preference. I also do that with bacon wrapped cheese sticks. Love keto

I actually do prefer my bacon crispy r. I will definitely try your method. these were so delicious I could have eaten 10 of them

You could probably even cook them 3/4 of the way if you wanted too. I put shredded cheddar cheese on top and then broil it the last couple of mins. Mmmmm god I love keto, so many tasty options! Lol
