I am scared. I lost too much in 4 days. More than 1 kilo per day.

I know lots of it is water. But I feel week and I feel as if I hadn't been eating enough.

If you look at my journal there are days when I don't eat dinner or I don't have lunch.

I was not hungry!!!! What should I do??

I am boiling eggs for breakfast.

I will try to have more calories today. I am happy that I am drinking lots of water at least.

You need to drink some full sodium broth. You have the "Atkin's flu". Drink a few cups of the broth everyday for the next several days, and you will feel much better. Almost everyone who starts ATkins has the same symptome, hence the name. And whether you are hungry or not, you need to eat. Even if it is just a small amount of protein and fat, such as an ounce of cheese, or a bit of meat, get more into your system. Good luck, and feel better soon.

You have got to eat more calories. This weight loss will stop cold if you don't because your body will go into starvation mode. Add Olive oil, butter, mayonnaise to get those calories up and make sure you eat at least 3 meals a day, plus a snack if you need it. You simply cannot survive on th number of calories you are eating every day. It is unhealthy.
