Ya gotta start somewhere, right? Jogged just shy of 2 miles at a BLISTERING 15 min/mile pace, LOL. At least I was moving, getting my heart rate up, and I didn't have to take walk breaks. Lots of geese up at the park this year. Also, lots of goose poop

It ain't pretty right now. Got away from what works, getting back to it. Downloaded the Daily Dozen app and am using it in addition to going back to tracking. Reviewing my targets. Did it once, and haven't rebounded all the way. Can do it again.

Realizing I need to reel in my sweet tooth and focus more on fresh fruit than dried. Shredded wheat & bran with chopped apple, blueberries, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, yogurt and kefir. It's just been too quick and easy to dump chopped dates on it

My dear sweet husband has been living on smoothies since a minor oral surgery Friday. Tonight, he graduated to cheese soup: cauliflower, raw cashews, cannelini beans and sharp cheddar. More cheese than usual for us, but I'm trying to get calories in him
