Just back from mountain biking: 3 hours, 8.63 miles. I have to push the bike a lot because I'm relearning after a hiatus of many years, and my skills and endurance ain't great yet. I'll get there.

I like an occasional sloppy joe, but my husband doesn't care for them at all. So I bought a can of sloppy joe sauce and froze 1/4 cup servings in muffin tins. So now, when I get a hankering, I can microwave one of these with some lentils or TVP

Trying to get a Tbsp of flaxseed meal every day, so this is the concoction: 2 cups unsweetened soymilk, 4 Tbsp each flaxseed meal and cocoa powder, whir through blender, makes 4 servings. Thinking I might start adding blackstrap molasses, but good as is

Almost 2 hours mountain biking today. I'm a beginner, so I had to stop and walk the bike a lot. Was gaining confidence as the day wore on. Crashed once, but a soft landing. More of an intentional dive to avoid an unintentional one
