My weight had bounced back up so I am in hopes that the extra effort in steps and watching the macros will pay off. I am a little high on carbs, should be 7% 25g and instead it is 10% 27.86g. Not too bad. I have been thirsty as all get out and my tongue feels weird. Finally broke the 10,000 step goal. I got in over 3000 on the treadmill before the day started. That is truly the secret for me, I have to get on that treadmill straight away. Anytime I do I feel more alert, awake and ready to met the world! Hope everyone is having a good Saturday. Tomorrow I turn 60 years old. My mind says no but my mirror says oh yes. LOL

80% Fat 6% Carb 14% Protein for today. Weight was up to 217 again. Steps were low again today 4536. They only way I seem to manage to keep the steps up is to get on the treadmill first thing in the morning.
Based on my ratios today, it will be interesting to see what that scale looks like in the a.m.

59% Fat 35% Protein 6% carbs - pretty right on as far as macro goes. My weight has been up for a few days but is back down to the 216.4. I was exhausted yesterday and got very few steps. Today felt much better and got right back after it. Steps for the day are 8509. Short of the recommended 10,000 but great for this old sedatary office worker!

71% fat 22% protein 7% carbs over on RDI. Been tired today. Was way down on the number of steps. I binged just a little bit this afternoon on 4T of peanut butter. I still consider that a positive; it wasn't bread, pizza, pasta, sugar or any white flour product, no potato. Lunch was at Steak and Shake I ordered a side salad with blue cheese dressing and a Royale Steakburger (burger with egg on top). They brought out my sandwich with a huge side of shoe string french fries. I did not eat even one! So even with my "binge" and over on calories, my ratios are good! My weight is up a little; tomorrow I need to focus and get back on track! I'm worth it and I want to be able to walk, breathe, sleep better than I can now at this weight. I want to be a good example to my family and friends. Show them this can be done without starving, without eating like a bird. Good night FS friends....WE CAN DO THIS:}
