Was a wonderful day. Spent whole day with my lifetime love. We have been married for 43 years and know each other for 49 years; since we were ll and 12. We are so blessed, still talk to each other, still love each other. We celebrated a little and I went over on calories but my ratios were 6% carbs, 59% fat and 35% protein. My ratios should be 5% carb, 65% fat and 30% protein so not too bad of a splurge. I resisted french fries twice and donut holes once. I feel so much more powerful and in control of my life when I can manage to withstand those kind of temptations.

9% carbs 69% Fat and 22% protein. Busy day but stayed on track with the food choices.

3% carbs 30% protein and 67% fat for the day. Feel pretty good. Added a multi-vitamin to magnesium and calcium supplements. No leg cramps for several nights now and I was having them most nights. I am not totally successful in the consumption of the water that I should be drinking but am doing better than I was a month ago. Really thrilled about the scale finally going in the right direction.

74% fat 8% carb and 18% protein. Not enough protein or fat today. Did not get enough water in but did pretty well on veggies and calories.
Bit of an emotional upset this evening but talked it out instead of any kind of a binge.
Am loving stirfried veggies in a couple tablespoons of butter and Mrs Dash extra spicy for seasoning!
Have this all going in the right direction, need to just keep on keeping on.
Life is good, FOCUS on the good.
