Wow. I wish I was here reporting that I had lost 39 pounds in my absence from fatsecret, but I haven't, I gained. I let the wheels come off the wagon, I didn't just jump off of it.
So here I am, I am back. New year, new me right?
I know that when I was faithful to fatsecret and my friends here, that I was successful in my journey. Well, here I am, back on the path and although I am ashamed of the weight gain, I am proud of myself for finding my way back here.
Here we go.

It has been a long time since I have been here and have really missed the support that all of you offer. I have been back at it for about a week and am starting to feel better again...I just hope I lose the weight a little faster this time because it is so demotivating when it is so slow. You know what I mean right?

Gained a few pounds in August...stopped tracking and that made all the difference. Back to diligent tracking... I know it works. I need to get active again. Looking forward to going down in numbers. I hate falling off the wagon, at least I know what I should do. No excuses, just getting back to it...must review my goals and try to be motivated again.

I am up half a pound at todays weigh in. Frustrated because I had a hockey practice and did my walking this week. This week's goal is that I am back to doing the stairs and am going to try a new workout DVD later tonight. I need to drink more water.... I don't think that I am drinking enough. Baby steps to the finish line.

wow, ok tracking helps so much. I lost 3lbs! Feeling better about the plateau...it isn't such a plateau anymore. I am 6lbs away from my 10percent goal....so pumped!! Thank you to all my buddies for your support!
