Feeling frustrated today. I really want to get back to where I was last week with my momentum. I have been packing lunch and eating as well as I can...making healthy choices...it is just that I have not been active enough. I let it go too many days and I am sore. I went for a warm-up walk around campus this afternoon but I need to get on the stationary bike...sweat up a storm. Why is it so hard to get back to? Why am I so demotivated? I know my TOM is right around the corner...I want to get ahead of my water retention and weigh in well this week...I doubt it is going to happen though as I havent been working out enough.
*sigh*
Wish me luck, my head WANTS to, my body doesn't....any motivational tips or tricks to solve this?

I am feeling pretty good about WW and the changes I have made so far...also, I was doing really well with consecutive workouts with one day rest in between, but I haven't worked out at all since Monday night...I just want to get in groove...frustrated by my sudden lack of motivation...I was doing so well too...*sigh*

The weekend has come and gone and I have discovered the pool.
I am lucky enough to have an outdoor pool at my apartment building. It JUST opened and I have been in 3 times. I love swimming and overcoming my fear of showing off my "in progress" body to the poolies, was big for me...fortunately most of the swimmers here are older, or bigger...
I am going to try to go swimming at least 3 times this week and put in 20 mins each with some rigorous laps...I really think I need to get back on the bike too - just too hot. I may have to bring down a fan to the workout room so I can still get my Stationary bike time in too....
I really want my weight to keep heading on a downward slope, I hope that I can meet this week's goals...(and of course keeping the old ones...like drinking all my water etc.)
Baby steps right?

Yesterday at Weigh in at work, I was up 1 lb. Today on my scale, I am down 3.
The scales are very close, so I think maybe I really did lose 3 lbs last week. I sure am working out enough to get there, at least I feel like I am.
On my way to the Docs now to see if I can get blood work done etc.
This IS working for me for the first time in my life. I cannot remember how long ago it was that I was this serious about losing weight....and moreover, feeling THIS GOOD about it!!!
I am starting to see changes again in my body...the scale is mean and holding back on me, but the pants dont lie!!
