That flat straight line in my weight history has got me down...it appears as if I have hit my first plateau. I feel like I am WAY too early in the game for this to happen...I thought it would happen closer to the end when the goal was near. I finally went grocery shopping so now I just need to re-establish the habit of tracking. My new goal for this week is to track every day, EVERY thing I eat and make sure to spend at least 20-30 mins every other day doing some sort of activity heading back to my regular workout. I want to to lose 4lbs by next week this time. Anyone have any wisdom to share? I am drinking my water and back to being more active...hints, tips tricks?

ok, I'm back. Rejoined WW at work. Didn't fall too far off the horse. So...one grocery trip to go and I will be right back on track.
Missed you all!

I am down 2.2 lbs from last week and it is a bit of a shock. I fully expected to gain a bit this week....HOWEVER, I didn't! I had a few bad days of eating but I didn't stop tracking and I think that made me accountable to my "cheats". Tracking really has become the key for me. Now, if I can just get my butt back on the bike, life will be good. Baby steps right?

losing 1.0 lb a week

Getting back on track is such a challenge. I have been easing back into the serious workouts doing only light weights and walking, but I am getting my stamina back up to take on the treadmill, the stationary bike and the Gazelle soon. I am trying to use all three so that my body doesn't get used to one type of workout and gets lots of different things thrown in to help it along. I am also swimming but it has been hard to get to the pool after work...so many commitments to fulfill...My number one concern this year is ME and eating right has been a challenge, but with drinking water and finding foods that fit into the program that I like and can eat, this life change has given me an awesome feeling. Tracking and support are things that FatSecret offer me...it is all of you wonderful community buddies that get me going. Thanks for the support through my plateau!
