I've stayed the same for a week. I don't feel bad about it or disappointed. I was told that the less you weigh the slower the weight loss. I'm just glad that I got this far without being hungry all the time. I have 6 more pounds to meet goal then I am on stabilization. Looking forward to the extra food.

Had a nice mini vacation with the family. Six Flags was alot of fun during the week with very little waiting in line. We did sandwiches for lunch and packed fruit. Had a hard time with getting in my veggies. I know that is why I didn't lose any. I also forgot to pack my lites. I had left the bag hanging on the door knob at the house. Oh well. No weight loss is better than a gain. I hope everyone had a great weekend!

Got a cold. :( I know that is why I lost the pound because nothing sits well with my tummy. I made the LAWL chicken soup for lunch and dinner. Hopefully I'll not regain that pound. Hope everyone has a good week. I will be on vacation the rest of the week. Bye!

Did fine over the weekend. Ate at the Olive Garden on Saturday. Did well in choosing my food, though I did swell a little. The biggest obstacle for me is variety. I am finding myself in a rut with my fruits. I know that I need variety, it's just easier & cleaner for me to eat a banana, strawberries and grapes. I don't like eating apples because when I bite into them the fruit pushes against my gums and it hurts. I know...wah wah wah. So my goal for the week is fruit variety.
