Open mouth insert foot. Okay I spoke too soon about playing with same 3 lbs. I weighed this morning and i am down a pound. I did really good on plan yesterday. I didn't get to walk yesterday, my sister took my kids for the weekend and did laundry and packed for them. It was so quiet around the house without them. They'll be back Saturday night.
I plan to do the my Turbo Jam since it is STILL raining here in Austin, Texas. I have heard of this elusive ball of light referred to as the "Sun". Maybe some of you have heard of this? If so can someone send it our way so that we may be a witness to this phenomenon.

Okay...I've been playing around with the same 3 lbs. for weeks now. I have to get over this mental block with the green plan. For me it's all about quantity. If I'm told I can't have, I want it. Since losing my veggie & fruit serving I have been so hungry. When I was on gold plan I would sometimes forget those servings, and felt fine. Go figure. I have decided to divy up my food to spread out over the day longer. We'll see.

The weekend was fun. We had another wedding to attend. The food was good. The appetizers were cheese and fruit. So easy for me to choose. The main course was steak, green beans and mashed potatoes with salad. I passed on the cake. I'm very particular with my baked goods. I don't really care for store bought cookies and cakes.
Sunday we made fajitas. Low in fat, but high in sodium. So I am doing lemon water today. My wedding rings a tight! My goal this week is to walk at least 5 times this week, and get all my foods in.

Now on green again. The green is so hard to stick with. You don't realize how much you will miss the extra fruit/veggie serving, until it is taken away. I'm thinking of upping my work outs to stay on the gold. It's a mental thing for me...when I'm deprived of food, I obsess about it. Top it off my husband has the day off and wants to meet for lunch. He wants pizza! I LOVE PIZZA!! Ugh! I think I will down alot of water before I go and make sure I eat my lite as close to lunch time as possible. :) I would normally tell him no, but he has been on evening patrol so we haven't seen each other for 4 days. When I am at work he is sleeping, when I get home he's at work. Oh well. I just looked at the options in our journal and thought I'ld try the font colors. I love color.
