Up, down! Up, down! Just call me yo-yo. My fat cells are against me. Oh well. I think the only way I'm going to lose these last 5 lbs. is to exercise...consistently. I hate to jump around, because my chest feels like it's having an out of body experience. It feels like they are dragging me down when I do my Turbo Jam! I just have to suck it up and work out. Ugh!

Did go to Chili's this weekend after my daughter's game. Ran out the door and forgot my breakfast on the kitchen counter. Did reasonably well over the weekend. Decided to eat frozen meals again. I had stopped for about a month. I think that helped along with changing my food choices. The next two weeks should be okay. My mother in law is coming Oct. 5 to stay for two weeks with us. I hope she doesn't get domestic on us and cook. My husband said she's a terrible cook and the only thing she make really well is a tuna casserole. I can attest it is very good but so HIGH in FAT! EEK! I'll have to make sure that the freezer is stocked with make ahead meals that we can nuke.

Back to where I was at the beginning of the month. Feeling really good. Doing take off put me in the mindset that I needed to be. I'm hungry when I get home, but not ravenous, like before. My monthly visitor arrived yesterday, so I was surprised to see a loss this morning. I did crave something sweet last night and had a donut hole. I did stop at having one, which is a big deal for me. I don't have a strong will power when it comes to sweets. Keep up the loss everyone!

Lost one pound during take-off. Decided to incorporate more fish into my meal plan and change my veggies and fruits. We'll see how that goes. I'm not disappointed, just a little tired of two veggies & two fruit servings a day.

Eek! I've gained 3 lbs. It wasn't expected. So I plan on doing take-off on Wednesday and Thursday. I hope everyone had a great weekend.
