No weight loss. I had a steak last night. It was very good and I did eat mashed potatos. Today we had a slow start so I was not able to work out in the morning, so I'll have to do it when I get home tonight. Started changing my proteins, I am eating cottage cheese and beans, instead of chicken and fish. I thought I would HATE the 1% cottage cheese, but you can't taste the difference from regular and lowfat. I hope everyone has a great week.

Take off was really hard for me this time. I'm feeling better. I did have a hamburger last night, so I got in two extra starches. My water intake is great and my energy level is back. I was feeling really tired the last few weeks. I think it's because I was eating so poorly. Today is a great day the weather is great, the sun is shining and I just washed my very dusty car. Things are good.

Started TO yesterday and I have a really bad headache. Feeling a little grouchy. I've been eating consistently so I know it's not from hunger. I think it's a combination of lack of sleep and allergies. I'll go back on gold tomorrow. My husband decided to do the plan with me. He's tired of his pregnancy belly. He gained weight with both my prenancies and didn't lose the weight. Now he's ready. His weakness is pizza and bread.
I have started my turbo jam work outs again. My daughter loves to work out with me and is my biggest supporter in hitting the play button. She's like a pit bull, once she sinks her teeth into an idea or project she won't let go! I hate to say "I don't want/feel to/like working out today" and see the disappointment in her face. Ugh!

EEEEEEKKKKKKK!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's been so long since I've been on. I hope everyone is doing well. I let the holidays take control this year and gained the weight back. No one to blame but myself. I got back on plan this week. Started on monday, which I was originally 130 lbs. I have lost 2 lbs. since then. I plan to start my turbo jam again tonight. I have to remember that I am doing this for me and that I am too cheap to buy new clothes. :)

Haven't been here for awhile. Haven't been on the plan for almost two weeks. My kids and I have been fighting a cold for about that time. Thankfully we are now past that. I hope everyone is doing well. Have a great week.
